  All of the negative people who wants to give a negative review about NLM and Pastor Kim is all basis. Where is your proof of evidence with pictures? God knows your not fair and balanced. New Life Mission has helped people who needed a place to stay whether that person had a job or not. Pastor Kim, never sells food she gives it to the needy hungry.
  Why has some people had issues with the Pastor by stealing whether it is medicine to sell for evil wrong-doing & other items that belong to the shelter. Pastor Kim has tried to help people who had drug, & alcohol problems, but those individuals did not want God's help so it was time for them to move amen.
  The Lord says leave this woman of God alone, or you will face his wrath of punishment guarantee! God, gets very angry at the Devil especially if his demons attacks one of his angels. O that is not justice from Heaven at all! Thank you very much now!!! Pastor has thought of getting the law on all the criminal, outlaw, troublemakers, but Jesus Christ has the last saying of all just to justice!! O stop making prank calls. Jehovah-Jiren is Justice!

  New Life Mission has been around since 1995 without any government funding. New Life needs your support to help the needy. NLM building is over 60 years old with great potential that needs God's troopers to help restore, rebuild, repair and give a facelift for this Christian shelter. The bucket of water was rained on, and the grass needed to be cut. Lawn mowers need work and that includes some of the automobiles as well. The Lord sent an angel to fix lawnmowers, and the grass was cut. The people were grateful about the working goals of improvement. More volunteers will come to help out NLM in due time.

  I was referred to New Life Church last year after losing my job so I could get back on my feet. I had applied for food stamps, and when i received my card, Pastor Kim confiscated it "to buy food for everyone". I realized later that all food was donated to New Life from local charities, so I got suspicious. When I received my food stamp statement for the month, every purchase came from a local Korean Store. But we never ate Korean food??? Finally, the permanent residents told me that she sells Korean food to her Asian friends for cash.
  She has Power of Attorney (Payee Authority) over her mentally ill residents, and they can do whatever the hell they want (drink, sleep all day, smoke crack) because she can't afford to lose their monthly check. She also confiscates all medications and sells " the good stuff" to others if they "complain" about pain, anxiety, etc. If you are trying to stay clean....STAY AWAY!!!!

  This church is still in the works, it has a beautiful spirit and tells me that great things are in the works for this church and its members. I donated some items today and would hope people continue to aswell. God Bless !!

  It is very nasty a aweful odor inside. You have 4 beds in one room with one dresser for everyone clothes. The food is spoiled and the kitchen area is filthy. You help the Pastor Kim all day and she talks down to you and when you respond she tells you that you have to go. She don't want you to work so you can help out around here but she says she wants $100 a week to stay here. Pastor who looks at this as a business not a work for God. I'm calling the board of health first thing in the morning. I heard it use to be a good place but it is now privately owned and has took a turn for the worst.

  I work as a volunteer helping people overcome addictions and homelessness. I referred a few people to this place just to have them come back and tell me it is a drug infested crackhouse and no place to get clean and no clean area to rest your head. Do not send anybody here if you're trying to help them.

  I wish I could rate this place a triple 0! The lady that "Owns" it treats the men like they are 2 and also her personal free staff. Then expects them to pay $100 a week to stay in a tiny ass room shared with 3-4 other people. Threatens to kick them out Everyday. She expects them to say how high when she says jump at Any hour 24-7. The place is filthy. The guys get told they can't go Anywhere, and if they do go somewhere, they are not try and go back. ( Even to a job interview). She belittles the men and talks down them day in and day out. Now don't get me wrong, I can understand the point of rules in a shelter but this woman takes it all to a whole other level. She doesn't treat the place like a shelter, she treats it like a business. The food she has is rotten and she puts locks on the fridge and even the microwave. If they have their own personal food, they can't have anything perishable and goes through what they do have. These men go to this place to be able to get out and get a job so they can get out there on their own, not to give her a cushioned lifestyle and free labor all kinds. I understand they should help out around the place but they have to be able to get out there and get a real job and get back on their feet to be able to get their own place. It's a Very Stressful and Mistreated Environment that she has.
