  Not very nice nor helpful. I called them from NYC to see if flowers I sent to my cousin's funeral had actually arrived. After seven minutes on hold, I hung up and called back. Same person answered phone and immediately said my flowers were there. Then asked what I sent. I replied flowers in a basket. He said two plants, right. I said no I sent flowers in a basket. So now he says no, your flowers have not arrived. I asked why did you say they did? He says two plants arrived I assumed they were yours. ...What happened to reading the card on the flowers? They had my name. Things like this are annoying. The person didn't care at all, not even enough to take my call off hold and give me an answer, when he was right by the phone!

  The personnel were very rude, and left the dirt from my son-in-law's grave on wood slats for a week. I called the funeral home several times and the man lied to me when he stated the cemetery had to give him permission to cover the grave. I would not recommend them to bury my cat! Totally un
  professional in every way!
